Most photographs owned by Publius Research are available for purchase, from Publius Research at publius@maine.com, as 5″ x 7″ or 8″ x 10″ glossy prints. In many cases, the images used in this publication are 25% to 50% of their original density. Prints will be made from the original image.

Publication rights to use the photographic prints or the digital images are available.

  • Fair Use

The only exceptions to the requirement for advanced permission of material in the Encyclopedia are brief quotations for any use or cited longer excerpts for personal educational use, as in school reports or school lesson materials.
